Technicade is operated by an individual sole proprietor in Wisconsin, United States. For privacy inquiries, email support@technicade.tech.

What we process

When you buy a product, Stripe handles payment information and supplies Technicade with transaction records and contact details, including your email address. Technicade stores checkout identifiers, email and delivery status in Supabase to fulfill orders, prevent duplicate sending and assist with support. Resend sends the transactional download email.

Why we process it

We use the information to complete purchases, provide requested files, respond to inquiries, maintain transaction records, and address errors, fraud or legal obligations. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard service and security logs.

Sharing and storage

Payment data is processed through Stripe; transaction email delivery uses Resend; private download files and delivery records are hosted in Supabase. These service providers handle information under their own terms. Technicade does not publish customers' purchase emails or private download links.

Retention and requests

Records are kept as needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. If you want to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your order information, email support@technicade.tech. We will review the request subject to lawful retention obligations.
